1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and do222 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the do222 website located at https://do222.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any services offered through the platform.

By accessing the do222 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the do222 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period during which their account remains active:

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of do222 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from do222 or had an account closed by the Company for a breach of these terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under compulsion, duress, or impaired judgment at the time of placing any wager.

Players who provide false information regarding their age or eligibility at registration will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned minus applicable processing charges.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the do222 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, do222 will close all associated accounts, void any open wagers, and forfeit any bonus balances without notice.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your do222 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer). do222 is not responsible for any losses arising from the provision of inaccurate registration details.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

do222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your do222 account within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. do222 does not apply any deposit transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to a verified payment method are processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals to unverified payment methods or accounts where KYC verification remains incomplete may be held pending the submission and review of the required documents.

4.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, bonus amounts, and withdrawals on do222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Players are responsible for any conversion charges applied by their own bank or mobile wallet provider that are outside of do222's control.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the do222 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and associated odds before confirming a wager. do222 will not void or amend a confirmed bet due to player error unless the wager was placed at a manifestly incorrect price caused by a system or pricing error attributable to do222.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the do222 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager. do222 uses real-time pricing across all cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by do222 in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled without a result; the market is suspended due to verified information irregularities; a pricing error is identified prior to event settlement; or the bet was placed by an ineligible player in breach of these terms.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

do222 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual markets and events. Maximum payout information is available within the relevant market or upon request to the support team. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a given event will be paid at the maximum limit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by do222 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game or market restrictions communicated at the time the offer is made. Players must meet all stated conditions before a bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the do222 platform at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to a minimum deposit requirement and a wagering requirement of the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the offer terms. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the do222 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities where required under the Company's licence obligations:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information trading.
• Engaging in money laundering or using do222 as a conduit for the transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the do222 platform, software, or underlying infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing do222 staff, other players, or third-party representatives via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions in jurisdictions where do222 has explicitly restricted access.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the do222 platform — including but not limited to the do222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of do222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the do222 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any do222 content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, do222 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

do222 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players are responsible for ensuring that their device and network connection are suitable for accessing the platform.

10 Privacy & Data

do222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at do222.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

do222 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by the Company's international gaming licence obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

do222 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge:
